Dermatology Authority has negotiated a preferred rate with CCI of 28% of collections, which is a discount of 5-10% depending on your region. Note this is a contingency fee relationship, so CCI will not charge anything up-front, and the cost for all their collections activities is included in the contingency fee. You simply need to sign up with some basic information, send in your past due accounts, and they will do all the rest. They will send you a statement at the end of each month, along with a check for your 72% portion of anything they collect.
