Kim Campbell is the founder and CEO of the Dermatology Authority. She graduated from Montclair State University with a major in Psychology and minor in Health Professions, and later earned a Master’s degree in Health Education. Starting her career with one of the pre-eminent dermatology pathology labs in the US, Kim has worked with thousands of dermatology practices, dermatologists, and residency programs. She is a who’s-who in the industry and counts the major players in the field as her friends. With her intimate knowledge of the specialty and her web of key influencers, Kim created the Dermatology Authority – a medical education and communications agency providing valuable insight to help companies understand the pulse of the dermatology community.

The Dermatology Authority does this through adding providers, practices, and consultative services. She has created strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, publications, societies, and industry vendors. Kim has coordinated seminars, conferences, meetings and networking events to increase career and business education to the market.
Kim started with A. Bernard Ackerman to launch the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology and went on to become the Director of Professional Relations for Dermpath Diagnostics. Where she developed programs for CME, board reviews, career resources, and practice growth tools. She has successfully consulted with hundreds of Dermatologists to help them obtain the tools they need to thrive. She has her MA is Health Administration, with more than 18 years of experience in the Dermatology market.
Moreover, she spends a great deal of time networking with Physicians, Mohs Surgeons, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to help them find their ideal career path. Natalie’s focus on all aspects of Dermatology Authority’s operations places her as trusted advisor to the firm’s founder. She assists in making important business decisions in order to maintain Dermatology Authority’s rapid growth and exceptional reputation.
Natalie’s career began 18-years ago in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Natalie worked for Tyco Healthcare (now Medtronic) advising surgeons on laparoscopic instruments. Her responsibilities included training surgeons, nurses, and other Operating Room staff on the safe and efficacious use of each surgical device through scrubbing in on cases and in-servicing the OR. She then transitioned into pharmaceutical sales with GlaxoSmithKline for many years following, and worked for Oscient and Vertical Pharmaceuticals in which she developed relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, pediatricians, cardiologists and Ob/ Gyn’s.
In 2015, Natalie returned to the medical side of the industry, joining Dermatology Authority as Director of Business Operations. Natalie enjoys interior design, writing, hiking, and entrepreneurial endeavors in her down time, including being a trustee on her son’s charity.
By combining strategies of marketing and graphic design, she works to manage and execute strategies that help advance the overall marketing plan for Dermatology Authority. Having previous experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, and product management, Isabella is eager to expand our marketing to higher levels.
Isabella graduated from Monmouth University in 2020 with an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a minor in graphic design and is currently obtaining her Masters in Business Administration.
Karen provides exceptional support to Dermatologists, Physicians Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners throughout the process, while ensuring the right fit for both the practice and the health care professional. She brings with her a background in business development from her years of experience at Morgan Stanley in both the investment capital arena and as an internal sales consultant. Her industry experience stems from working with MedForce, in providing promotional and advisory program management to pharmaceutical companies. She has also worked for several years in content copywriting and social media marketing for a non-profit community health and wellness group.
Karen earned her B.A. in English and French language from Villanova University, and currently resides in Fair Haven, New Jersey with her husband, two teenage children and French Bulldog puppy, Louis.
She has strong organizational and leadership skills which has aided in the growth of the companies she’s worked with. She graduated from Rutgers University, majoring in Psychology and English.
Valery enjoys reading, fitness, interior design, and all things real estate.
Prisma is originally born and raised in Houston, TX, and has a background in real estate, design, marketing, and an overall jack-of-all-trades. She is passionate about learning new systems and processes to develop more efficient ways to operate and has also conveyed training to new employees. Prisma has developed a strong sense of project management skills and analyzing data. Productively excels and accustomed to surpassing expectations.Prisma is devoted and proud to be a part of an innovative team of professionals and is eager to grow alongside with Dermatology Authority.
Working in the recruiting industry for the past 3 years, Elizabeth started off in the Medical Space at Brewster Place Staffing focusing on recruiting nationwide for different areas of medical sales to include, Dermatology, Oncology, Pathology, Gastroenterology and Cardiology just to name a few. She also focused on recruiting for more Technical Positions such as Medical Technologists, Cytologists, Cytopathologists, Histotechnologists and various Scientists.
In 2017, Elizabeth transitioned to the IT industry working at Randstad Technologies to expand her recruiting horizon, but continued to focus on technical roles placing Java Developers, Project Managers and Coordinators, Linux Engineers and QA Directors in the Greater NYC Area.
Elizabeth graduated from Messiah College in 2013 majoring in Communication Studies and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ.
