In order to join the education series successfully and qualify for the product giveaway, you must provide us your full continental US mailing address, NPI number, and join from a computer not behind a corporate or institutional firewall. We recommend joining the meeting platform from a personal computer, using a personal WIFI network. If we are unable to verify your attendance, you will not qualify for the product giveaway.
