SCALE
May 19, 2027 - May 23, 2027
Now in its 22nd year, Music City SCALE (Symposium for Cosmetic Advances and Laser Education) is one of the most respected aesthetics and medical dermatology meetings in the country. Each spring, more than 1,400 physicians, practitioners, researchers and industry leaders from around the world head to Nashville for five days of education, hands on training and networking with a uniquely Music City feel.
Leadership
SCALE was founded and is co chaired by Michael H. Gold, MD and Brian S. Biesman, MD, FACS, with Jacqueline Watchmaker, MD serving as Academic Co Chair. Together with a faculty of more than 90 experts, they deliver a program that blends established therapies with the newest technology and research.
A Truly Multidisciplinary Program
SCALE brings together specialists who don’t always share a stage, creating a rich exchange of ideas across:
- Medical and cosmetic dermatology
- Cosmetic and oculofacial plastic surgery
- Facial plastic surgery
- Aesthetic medicine
- Lasers and energy based devices
- Longevity science and regenerative medicine
- Health, wellness and healthy aging
Sessions focus on evidence based discussion of both proven and emerging treatments, with live demonstrations that show exactly how experts approach real patients.
Hands On Workshops
SCALE is known for its practical workshops. Past programs have included facial anatomy with ultrasound guidance, energy based device fundamentals and hands on facial ultrasound imaging, making it a great choice for providers looking to build real, usable skills.
Rising Stars and Research
The Rising Stars Program spotlights the next generation of aesthetic and dermatology leaders, and late breaking abstracts and e posters showcase the newest research in the field.
Who Should Attend
SCALE is ideal for dermatologists, plastic and facial plastic surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, nurse injectors, NPs, PAs and other aesthetic practitioners, along with researchers and industry partners. Continuing education information is available on the SCALE website.
Stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville
The symposium takes place at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, just steps from the energy of downtown. Between sessions, attendees can enjoy Nashville’s famous live music, food and nightlife, plus SCALE’s special events and networking receptions.
